Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team in the Philippines. You will work closely with our UK team to design and develop compelling visual content across email, social media, and web platforms to drive brand consistency and engagement.

Monthly Rate:

• Equivalent of USD 1107/month in the applicants local currency

Schedule:

• 40hrs per week; 8hrs per day; Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (PST)

UK Time Coverage:

• Winter (GMT): 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM UK time
• Summer (BST): 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM UK time

Note: This schedule ensures overlap with UK morning business hours for effective collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing Design

• Design and develop visually appealing email templates and campaigns
• Create responsive email designs that work across all devices
• Develop email headers, banners, and promotional graphics
• Ensure brand consistency across all email communications

Social Media Content Creation

• Design engaging social media graphics for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• Create social media templates and maintain visual consistency
• Develop infographics, carousel posts, and story content
• Design social media advertising materials

Tech Tip Content Refresh

• Update and modernize existing tech tip visual content
• Create new technical illustration and diagrams
• Design informative and easy-to-understand visual guides
• Develop consistent visual language for technical content

Website Graphics and Content

• Design website banners, hero images, and landing page graphics
• Create product images and feature highlights
• Develop icons, illustrations, and visual elements for web use
• Support website updates with fresh visual content
• Optimize images for web performance

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe XD (preferred not essential)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Knowledge of email design best practices and limitations
• Understanding of social media platform specifications and requirements
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design (preferred)
• Experience with design tools like Figma or Canva (plus)

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills across digital platforms
• Experience working with technology or B2B companies (preferred)
• Track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
