About the Role

We are hiring a Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to bring our client’s brand to life across a wide range of channels and formats. This is an active, collaborative role where you will work closely with our marketing team to design high-quality, high-impact visuals.

The successful candidate will design high-impact visuals ranging from paid social ads and web assets to sales enablement decks and event graphics. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure Echelon’s brand identity remains modern, cohesive, and impactful.

What you’ll do

• Digital Campaign Design: Design, test, and optimize high-performing creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across various digital and social platforms.
• Email & Newsletter Visuals: Create visually engaging email marketing templates that align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and modern design standards.
• Sales Enablement & Marketing Collateral: Develop professional sales enablement materials, including two-pagers, client presentations, PowerPoint decks, and promotional collateral
• Web & Event Assets: Collaborate on website optimization by designing custom graphics, webinar banners, cover images, and social media graphics to drive event engagement.
• Video & Motion Graphics: Edit and produce short-form video and motion graphics content for social, web, and active campaign use.
• Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to manage projects, design concepts, and deadlines using ClickUp.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a marketing, B2B tech, SaaS, or agency environment.
• Strong Portfolio: A diverse, professional portfolio showcasing marketing asset designs, digital ads, and B2B collateral (must be submitted with your application).
• Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint for day-to-day design work. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) is highly valued (an active Adobe license is a plus).
• Project Management: Experience working in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Technical Basics: Basic knowledge of HTML and UI/UX design principles.
• Core Design Principles: Strong understanding of layout, typography, grid systems, and color theory.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills . Ability to understand complex creative briefs and collaborate seamlessly in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience designing for cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex B2B technology brands.
• Familiarity with collaborative UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Advanced motion graphics or animation experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
