Our client is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize client campaigns for maximum performance and ROI. You’ll create, monitor, and refine ads, set up conversion tracking, and analyze results to deliver actionable insights. Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: USD 8, the equivalent in your local currency
• Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm | Australia (Melbourne time)
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize clients’ Google Ads accounts to achieve campaign goals
• Create, monitor, and refine ad campaigns to improve performance and ROI
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking across campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to clients and internal teams

Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Ads and campaign management
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager

Highly Regarded (Preferred but Not Essential) Skills:

• Experience with Go HighLevel
• Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Skills in landing page optimization and conversion improvement
