Ads Manager

Campaign Creation And Management

  • Develop and manage effective ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads to align with business goals.

Performance Analysis And Optimization

  • Track and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI for improved campaign performance.
  • Set up conversion trackers to monitor actual results
  • Create a funnel to measure cost per stage

Budget Management

  • Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective expenditure and maximum ROI.

Market Research And Targeting

  • Research to understand market trends and develop effective targeting strategies.

Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with creative teams to produce engaging ad copy and visuals; conduct tests for optimization.

Reporting And Communication

  • Generate comprehensive campaign performance reports and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Proven experience in Paid Media Management (Google Products, Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin)
  • CRM Experience is a plus
  • No educational requirements. Yes, no educational requirement, if you can do the job, youre hired.
  • Client management prowess
  • Knowledge in GA4 is an advantage
  • Deep understanding of marketing, and know how to implement ads using marketing fundamentals
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • A strategic thinker with an understanding of current ad tech trends.
  • Effective time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
