You’ll be the driving force behind multiple e-commerce clients’ paid advertising success, managing Google Ads campaigns that directly impact revenue and growth. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on optimization, where you’ll work independently across a diverse client portfolio while having the flexibility of remote work. You’ll see immediate results from your expertise as you help established e-commerce brands scale their advertising efforts and achieve measurable growth.


Job Highlights:

  • Hourly Rate: USD 10.80, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20-34 hours per week
  • Schedule: flexible within client business hours, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm AU timezone
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple e-commerce client accounts
  • Develop strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and scaling opportunities
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across diverse client portfolios
  • Work directly with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce websites
  • Optimize campaigns specifically for lead generation and conversion performance
  • Manage approximately 4 hours per client account per week with high efficiency
  • Provide data-driven insights and performance recommendations to drive client growth
  • Maintain direct communication with clients regarding campaign strategy and results


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated results
  • Strong background in e-commerce advertising and lead generation strategies
  • Hands-on experience working with Shopify and WooCommerce platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction and reporting
  • Bonus if you have Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) experience
  • It helps if you have experience across various e-commerce verticals
