GrowBeyond (a division of GrowFactor) helps UK businesses build efficient offshore teams by connecting them with top talent from the Philippines. We work with founders and business owners who want to scale smarter — freeing up their time through reliable, high-performing remote professionals.

We’re hiring a detail-oriented GoHighLevel (GHL) Implementation Specialist to help us clean up and organize GHL accounts and build simple VSL funnels by following our SOPs. This is an execution-heavy role for someone who works fast, stays organized, and tests everything before handoff.

Responsibilities

• GHL Cleanup & Organization
• Audit and organize funnels, workflows, forms, tags, custom fields, calendars, and pipelines
• Remove duplicates, fix naming conventions, and keep assets structured
• Identify and correct broken steps, missing links, and outdated assets
• VSL Funnel Builds (following SOPs)
• Build simple VSL funnels (opt-in/landing → VSL → booking/apply → thank-you)
• Set up forms, calendars, and basic automations as directed
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and clean formatting
• Test user flow end-to-end (forms, redirects, notifications, booking)
• Troubleshoot basic GHL issues and document fixes
• Confirm everything matches SOP requirements before submitting
• Provide quick progress updates and flag blockers early
• Suggest SOP improvements when you notice gaps or inefficiencies
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in GoHighLevel (funnels + workflows/automations)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured SOP execution
• Ability to build quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Clear written communication
• Experience with VSL funnels specifically
• Familiarity with Zapier/Make, basic tracking (pixels/UTMs), or CRM hygiene best practices
• Simple design instincts (spacing, readability, consistent styling)
  
  

Success Metrics

GHL stays clean, standardized, and easy to navigate

Funnels are launched accurately and tested thoroughly

Minimal back-and-forth due to strong QA

Work Environment

Location: Remote (Philippines only).

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs per week — ideally during UK business hours

Equipment: Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
