Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: Equivalent of USD 8.63/hour in the applicants local currency
• Schedule: 20 hours per week; 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday, within business hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET)

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize marketing funnels in GoHighLevel to attract and nurture potential clients
• Create compelling social media content that educates and inspires across multiple wellness verticals
• Manage inbound communication channels, providing warm and professional customer service
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with a focus on exceptional care
• Execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Maintain and optimize automated booking systems to enhance patient experience
• Support multiple business segments including medical services, coaching programs, and wellness retreats
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy and implementation
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics
• Ensure seamless customer journey from initial contact through service delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform and marketing automation tools
• Demonstrated success in social media management and content creation
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or related industry preferred
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
