Client Overview: A dynamic CRM and marketing automation business that’s been successfully serving service-based companies across New Zealand for just under a year. They’ve proven their model works and are now scaling their operations with cutting-edge GoHighLevel implementations. The team is passionate about staying current with emerging AI features and conversational AI agents within the platform.


Job Description: You’ll be the go-to expert for GoHighLevel implementations, taking ownership of complete client onboarding processes and ongoing platform optimization. This role puts you at the forefront of marketing automation technology, where you’ll build comprehensive solutions from the ground up and work with the latest AI features. You’ll have the autonomy to shape client experiences while working with a growing team that values expertise and innovation.


Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 10, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20
  • Schedule: Flexible hours with preference for morning to midday or midday to afternoon New Zealand time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities:

  • Build complete new client accounts including pipelines, landing pages, and calendar configurations
  • Develop client-facing questionnaires and templated documents within the GoHighLevel platform
  • Configure third-party integrations using middleware tools like Zapier and Make
  • Create email automation sequences and marketing funnels that drive results
  • Write compelling copy for email automations and marketing materials
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing client accounts
  • Stay current with GoHighLevel’s frequent feature releases and platform updates
  • Build AI agents and conversational AI solutions within the platform
  • Design basic marketing materials and landing page elements


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a marketing automation specialist
  • Proven expertise with the GoHighLevel platform (certifications preferred)
  • Strong background in building marketing funnels and automation sequences
  • Solid copywriting skills for marketing materials and email campaigns
  • Experience with integration tools like Zapier and Make
  • Bonus if you have experience with AI agent development within GoHighLevel
  • It helps if you have basic design skills for marketing materials
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new platform features as they’re released
