Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support across their marketing systems and online communities. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting issues across CRM platforms, Discord communities, automation tools, and landing pages. You will support the team by maintaining system functionality, resolving technical issues, monitoring automations, and assisting with campaign launches.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Monitor and respond to internal technical support requests. Troubleshoot issues related to Discord, GoHighLevel (GHL), Whop, and other business systems.
• Community & Platform Maintenance: Monitor Discord servers for bot errors, permission issues, channel management, and role assignments. Archive completed or inactive Discord conversations following company procedures.
• Automations & Testing: Monitor email and SMS automation workflows for delivery failures, broken triggers, and bounce issues. Test checkout pages, payment links, affiliate links, and tracking URLs to ensure proper functionality.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues reported by creators, coaches, and business partners within scope, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Project-Based Support: Publish and update landing pages (text, images, layout changes). Create and maintain checkout links, affiliate links, and campaign tracking links. Build, edit, and maintain email and SMS automation sequences.
• Campaign & System Optimization: Assist with technical setup for product launches, bootcamps, challenges, and marketing campaigns. Support ongoing optimization of marketing systems and workflows.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar marketing automation software.
• Familiarity with Discord administration, including channels, permissions, bots, and community management.
• Experience managing landing pages and basic website updates.
• Understanding of email and SMS automation workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Whop, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and payment/check-out systems.
• Familiarity with digital marketing funnels and online course platforms.
• Previous experience supporting creators, coaches, or online education businesses.
