You’ll serve as the operational backbone for a fast-moving business, where your GoHighLevel expertise will be essential from day one. This isn’t just administrative support—you’ll be setting up critical infrastructure, coordinating with industry experts, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple business functions. You’ll work directly with the business owner in an environment that values quick learning, adaptability, and proactive communication.


Job Highlights:

  • Hourly Rate: USD 8.70, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible Between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Harbor, WA
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage GoHighLevel infrastructure, funnels, and automation systems
  • Correspond and communicate professionally with industry experts and specialists on behalf of the client
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks and projects across multiple business functions
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes as business needs evolve
  • Proactively manage workload and communicate when additional tasks are needed
  • Support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations with a generalist approach
  • Maintain organized systems and processes to support business growth


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience with demonstrated success
  • Strong fluency and hands-on expertise with GoHighLevel platform (non-negotiable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Generalist mindset with capability to handle diverse, multi-functional tasks
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and proactive communication style
  • Bonus if you have bookkeeping or financial administration experience
