What are we looking for?

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience managing global freight, customs, and 3PL operations.
• Exposure to at least two of these markets: Australia, the UK, or the USA.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP/TMS systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global freight operations from suppliers through to warehouse delivery.
• Coordinate ocean freight, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and inbound logistics.
• Oversee 3PL partners, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain inventory visibility and support stock planning across multiple markets.
• Optimize freight costs, landed costs, and logistics performance.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead supply chain improvement initiatives and drive scalable operational processes.
