Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: USD 5, the equivalent in your local currency
• Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
• Schedule: Flexible during client business hours | EST

• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Master and maintain the Odoo ERP system as the single source of truth for all business operations
• Extract critical information from sales teams and ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems
• Coordinate production processes across multiple manufacturing locations for premium consumer products
• Manage end-to-end product sourcing, ordering, and fulfillment for ingredients, merchandise, and promotional materials
• Oversee stock management and inventory coordination across multiple international product lines
• Ensure process compliance when team members fail to follow established protocols
• Handle order management, invoicing, and customer relationship management through integrated systems
• Take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks that keep a global business running smoothly

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Odoo ERP system (master user level strongly preferred)
• Proven experience with inventory management and product sourcing operations
• Strong attention to detail with a process compliance mindset
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in information gathering from team members
• Comfortable with direct, honest communication styles and fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to coordinate across multiple time zones as business needs require
• Bonus if you have experience with global supply chain coordination
• It helps if you’re comfortable with WhatsApp as a primary communication tool
