Job Description:

In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind efficient calendar management, seamless travel arrangements, and coordinated household logistics. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be invaluable assets as you navigate the demands of supporting a leader with households in both Singapore and Pakistan.


Job Highlights:

  • Hourly Rate: USD 6.5, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Philippine Time, 4 hours per day
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities:

  • Expertly manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring optimal time utilization
  • Coordinate travel logistics with precision, handling flight and hotel bookings for both personal and professional trips
  • Seamlessly oversee household-related tasks for the executive’s families in Singapore and Pakistan
  • Collaborate effectively with the Pakistan team to address ad-hoc tasks during their working hours
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, anticipating and addressing the executive’s needs proactively


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated excellence in time management and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in utilizing productivity tools, such as calendars and email management software
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and making sound decisions
  • Flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours to accommodate time-sensitive tasks or international coordination
