Job Overview

You’ll be the bridge between technical expertise and client success, working directly with business owners to unlock the full potential of their GoHighLevel investment. This role combines hands-on platform administration with meaningful client relationship management, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on growing businesses. You’ll work closely with the company Director on strategic initiatives while having the autonomy to manage client relationships and drive platform optimizations that deliver tangible results

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $11.30 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm NZ timezone

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Provide GoHighLevel platform administration and technical support to an established client base
• Conduct client-facing video calls for customer service, account management, and platform reviews
• Handle ad hoc support requests and troubleshooting to streamline current workflow bottlenecks
• Proactively engage with existing customers to provide training and platform development guidance
• Execute platform changes, enhancements, and optimizations based on specific client needs
• Support internal marketing activities including email campaigns and automation setup
• Collaborate directly with company leadership on client review calls and platform evaluations
• Future opportunity to handle initial sales calls and discovery calls with new leads when scaling to full-time

Requirements

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform (admin certification strongly preferred)
• Strong client-facing communication skills with confidence in video call environments
• Technical competency to troubleshoot platform issues and implement changes independently
• Experience in customer service or account management roles
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships effectively
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for client interactions
• Bonus if you have sales background or willingness to develop sales skills for future growth
• It helps if you’re comfortable working afternoon hours to align with client meeting schedules
