About Us

We are currently looking for a General Virtual Assistant who will help deliver outstanding customer support and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support and manage client communications
  • Handle calls and email inquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliance, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management
  • Assist with marketing and social media management
  • Follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Stay updated on changes to SOPs and company guidelines
  • Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all interactions
  • Provide data, updates, and reports to the leadership team as needed
  • Perform additional tasks as required



Requirements

Qualifications
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Good American accent

  • Willing to undergo background checking

  • Quiet and professional home office setup

  • Willing to work the graveyard shift

  • Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup

  • Dependable electricity with power backup

  • Computer Requirements: Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe)
    Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher , or an equivalent processor
    RAM: 8 GB to 16 GB or higher
