Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute break

Salary: $1,000 per month

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Funding Specialist to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you’ll handle both cold outreach and warm lead follow-ups to connect small business owners with the right financial solutions. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to closing the deal and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client acquisition: Prospect and generate leads through outreach via phone, email, and other strategies.
• Needs assessment: Meet with business owners to understand their funding needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and funding partners to facilitate repeat business.
• Sales process management: Guide clients through the application and funding process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Follow-up and pipeline maintenance: Regularly follow up with leads, manage CRM updates, and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Sales and negotiation: Strong ability to close deals and persuade clients.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex financial products.
• Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, clients, and tasks simultaneously.
• Tech proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms and other sales tools is often necessary.
• Self-motivation: The role is often commission-only and fast-paced, requiring a driven and energetic individual.
