About Our Client

The client is a well-established organization operating in the financial services and investment support industry. They provide outsourced solutions to global asset managers, institutional investors, and financial firms.

Job Description

Analyze fund performance monthly and monitor relevant market activity.
Develop expertise in equities, bonds, swaps, options, FX, mortgages, financing, and futures.
Apply accounting standards related to investment management.
Review and process investor transactions in compliance with procedures and client documentation.
Accurately record investor activity into internal systems.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes affecting investor reporting.
Review and price portfolios following fund and firm pricing policies.
Reconcile positions and securities with broker statements and resolve discrepancies.
Establish and improve operational processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Perform daily and monthly audits of processes and deliver reports as required.
Prepare and review GAAP financial statements.
Calculate and review partner allocations, management fees, and performance fees.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
3-5 years of fund accounting experience, ideally within fund administration.
Strong understanding of GAAP financial statement preparation and review.
Knowledge of partner allocations and fee calculations.
Familiarity with annual audit processes and testing.
High attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
