Role Overview – Graphic Designer

Amazon Growth Lab is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer with strong layout skills, efficiency, and availability to work exclusively for a minimum of 2 months. The project starts in late December and is expected to run through February or later.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Product Detail Pages (PDPs) with a strong focus on layout and composition.
• Dedicated solely to one brand, providing consistent focus and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver assets quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure designs are visually polished, functional, and optimized for e-commerce platforms.
• Handle image generation, retouching, and precise placement of copy with high attention to detail.
• Make revisions based on feedback while adhering to timelines and maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain consistency across all design outputs, ensuring professional formatting and alignment with brand guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing for e-commerce, particularly in product detail page layout.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong layout and execution skills; conceptual creativity is not a major requirement.
• Ability to work fast and efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in design outputs.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Must be available full-time and work exclusively with AGL for at least 2 months.

Company Policy:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6 AM to 2 PM Pacific Time
• Full-time: 8 hours/day, exclusive to Amazon Growth Lab
• No freelance or other work allowed during tenure with Amazon Growth Lab
• Unpaid U.S. holidays; unpaid leave
• Time Tracking: We use Time Doctor to track hours and activity.
