Lifekeys is a Nordic digital mental health company offering psychological tools for mental well-being, recruitment, and workforce development. Our solutions include interactive courses, psychological assessments, self-guided exercises, and smart digital tracking. We work with a growing number of international companies—especially in maritime, insurance, and government sectors—to improve employee resilience, leadership, and psychological safety. As we expand our digital platform and product capabilities, we are looking for a full-stack developer to join our remote team and help us shape the future of mental health technology.

What youll do

• Contribute to the development of new features across our full stack—frontend and backend
• Work alongside our CTO and product team to improve performance, stability, and user experience
• Prototype and implement solutions for tracking, assessments, and dynamic content delivery
• Help integrate intelligent and adaptive user flows (e.g. smart suggestions, user state tracking)
• Collaborate with design, content, and psychometrics teams to turn ideas into real product
• Review and improve internal development tools and pipelines

Tech stack & tools

• Frontend: React, Next.JS, mUI
• Backend: .NET, C#, Entity Framework, PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure & CI/CD: GitHub, cloud services (Google Cloud or AWS)
• Bonus: Exposure to UI/UX, Figma, automated testing, security and containerization

Who were looking for

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience
• You write clean, maintainable code and enjoy seeing your work in production
• You understand both the technical and human side of product development
• Youre comfortable working independently, managing your own tasks and priorities
• Youre excited by the idea of building features that genuinely support mental well-being
• Youre interested in how digital systems can be made smarter (but also more human)

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in data-driven content delivery, personalization, or adaptive flows
• Familiarity with psychological or educational products
• A good sense of design or collaboration with UI/UX team
• Understanding of secure data handling and GDPR practices
