Full Stack Developer

Overview

Join a high-growth proptech startup as they finalize a revolutionary rental completion engine ahead of their May pilot launch. Working directly with the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in crossing the finish line and scaling a platform designed to transform the landlord-tenant experience.

Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours per week); Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm UK timezone

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CTO and senior technical team to complete platform development
• Finalize remaining development tasks to prepare for May pilot launch
• Ensure platform stability and performance as the company approaches go-live
• Provide ongoing development support as the platform scales post-launch
• Contribute to technical decision-making with guidance from senior team members
• Build and maintain features that support the tenant-landlord completion flow
• Help optimize platform performance for growing user base

Requirements

• Mid-level full stack development experience (3-5 years)
• Strong technical judgment and problem-solving capabilities
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant platform development experience
• Ability to work independently while receiving guidance from senior team
• Experience with platform stability and performance considerations
• Bonus if you have proptech or marketplace platform experience
• It helps if you’re comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
