Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be involved in building, enhancing, and maintaining core web platforms and internal tools that support our e-learning ecosystem, partner integrations, user experience enhancements, and emerging product features.

You will work closely with product leadership, designers, fellow engineers, and operations to deliver scalable solutions that meet both business and user needs. This role requires strong front-end and back-end skills, a product mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.

What You’ll Do Product Development

• Build and maintain user-facing features for course platforms, dashboards, and public web properties.

• Collaborate with product and design to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive interfaces.

• Implement new modules, enhancements, workflows, and integrations that expand platform capabilities.

Backend & API Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations with external systems (e.g., payment providers, LMS infrastructure).

• Optimize server-side logic for performance, reliability, and security.

• Champion clean architecture, reusable components, and modular service design.

Full Stack Ownership

• Take end-to-end responsibility for features from conception to deployment and iteration.

• Participate in code reviews, merge requests, and continuous improvement of the codebase.

• Ensure efficient use of version control (Git) and deployment workflows.

Quality, Testing & Reliability

• Write automated tests and participate in QA processes to ensure code quality and product integrity.

• Monitor system performance and handle production issues with a strong sense of ownership.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product, technical leads, and stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize work.

• Communicate clearly about technical trade-offs, progress, blockers, and risks.

• Partner with the Technical Product Owner and CTO to align work with strategic priorities.

Innovation & Tooling

• Explore and adopt modern tools, libraries, and techniques that enhance developer productivity.

• Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, and internal tooling.

What You Bring Technical Skills

• Strong full stack experience with both frontend and backend development.

• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue).

• Backend experience with Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) or Node.js.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, state management, and web security practices.

• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.

• Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows on GitHub/GitLab.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar.

• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), or serverless architectures.

• Prior work in education, healthcare tech, or professional training spaces.
