About The Role

Our client is an early-stage startup building AI mentors that transform frameworks, books, and podcasts into interactive coaching tools. Their platform is already being used by a reputable University for executive education and sales training.

They are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to help design, build, and scale their web and mobile applications. This is an opportunity to work closely with the founders and early engineering team to shape the core product architecture and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Build, test, and deploy front-end (TypeScript / React) and back-end (Python / FastAPI or Django) components.
• Collaborate with a small, fast-moving engineering and product team.
• Contribute to feature design, system architecture, and documentation.
• Ensure responsiveness, maintainability, and performance across devices.
  
  

• 3+ years of professional experience with Python and TypeScript / React.
• Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
• Experience with mobile development (React Native or Flutter preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work asynchronously in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated learning agility, systematic problem-solving, and adaptability to startup growth.
