About the Role

We are looking for an AI Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-paced product team building AI-powered tools for workflow automation and client intelligence.

This role involves working across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend systems and AI integrations. You will contribute to building scalable applications while leveraging modern AI technologies in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

Build and maintain frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js

• Design and manage SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Implement real-time features, caching, and event-driven systems (e.g., Redis, webhooks)
• Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality across the stack

AI & Data Systems

Integrate and work with LLM APIs for natural language processing tasks

Build systems for conversation analysis, summarization, and insights generation

• Implement vector search and embedding-based retrieval
• Contribute to AI-driven workflows involving text and/or audio data

Integrations & Systems

• Develop integrations with CRM, email, and calendar tools
• Build features for scheduling, automation, and workflow management
• Design and maintain secure, reliable APIs

Security & Infrastructure

Implement authentication systems (OAuth, JWT)

• Follow best practices for data security and privacy
• Work with cloud environments (Azure or similar)

Requirements

Technical Skills

React.js and modern frontend development

Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs

SQL databases (PostgreSQL or similar)

• Experience integrating LLMs and vector databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Authentication systems (OAuth 2.0, JWT)

Experience

• 2+ years of full-stack development experience
• Experience working on production applications
• Exposure to AI/ML systems is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of secure software development

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with audio processing or transcription systems
• Background in SaaS or enterprise tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems or workflow automation platforms
