Mid-Level Front-End Web Developer (Remote - Philippines)

Compensation: USD $2,500 - $3,500 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Development

• Transform design mockups, wireframes, and product requirements into responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Ensure a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  
  

• Build, maintain, and enhance front-end functionality across customer-facing websites and internal platforms.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  
  

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks and usability issues.
  
  

• Actively participate in engineering stand-ups, team meetings, and cross-functional brainstorming sessions.
• Work closely with product, design, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve both user experience and development processes.
  
  

• Write clean, well-structured, and thoroughly documented code.
• Participate in peer code reviews and maintain high development standards.
• Follow modern front-end development methodologies and coding conventions.
  
  

• 3-5+ years of professional front-end web development experience.
  
  

• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework:
• React
• Vue.js
• Angular
• Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable participating in video meetings and collaborative discussions.
• Energetic, personable, and confident working within a highly interactive remote team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward collaboration.
  
  

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
