Schedule: 6:00AM-3:00PM PHT

What are we looking for?

Experience in financial planning admin or platform operations
Strong phone and written communication skills
Knowledge of superannuation, rollovers, and pensions
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
Empathy and patience when working with clients with complex needs

What will you do?

Open and manage client accounts (Netwealth, Super, Pension)
Process rollovers, contributions, and pension setups
Coordinate insurance applications and track progress
Communicate with clients via phone, SMS, and email (plain English, patient approach)
Track all activities in Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects
