Job Description
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide insights into financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
- Support financial planning and analysis activities for the insurance industry.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Utilize financial systems to streamline reporting processes.
A Successful FP&A Should Have
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the banking and financial services department.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competitive salary between PHP 3150000 and PHP 3850000 annually.
