Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.

A Successful Forward Deployed Engineer Should Have
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-On Engineer with Consulting Traits: Combination of technical depth and the ability to engage clients, gather requirements, and propose solutions.
- Strong Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to troubleshoot ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable engineering solutions.
- Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable interacting with customers, especially within the Philippine enterprise/client landscape.
- Collaborative & Communicative: Able to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Impact-Oriented Personality: Prefers roles where they can directly influence outcomes rather than purely backend or infrastructure work.
- Philippine Market Experience: Professionals with exposure to Philippine enterprise clients (local market familiarity is important).
