Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 1. Follow Up on Missed or Unconfirmed Calls.
    • Immediately reach out to homeowners when a scheduled call does not occur and reschedule the appointment.
  • Reschedule or Confirm New Appointment Times.
    • Work with both the homeowner and the VP to coordinate new call times when necessary.
  • Verify Homeowner Contact Information.
    • Verify what is the best contact number for the homeowner. Confirm contact information such as additional phone number and email address.
  • Document All Communication.
    • Log all attempts to reach homeowners, including successful confirmations and voicemails in the CRM.
  • Coordinate With Internal Teams.
    • Collaborate with scheduling, acquisitions, and purchasing managers to ensure smooth appointment flow.
  • Assist With Process Improvements.
    • Identify bottlenecks or patterns affecting missed appointment and suggest improvements to scheduling and communication workflows.
Requirements

  • MUST HAVE: Own Laptop/Computer
  • MUST HAVE: Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • MUST HAVE: Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Spanish is not required, but is a plus.
  • Highly organized and consistent with hitting daily/weekly KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Prior experience in customer service or real estate a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is helpful but not required
