• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (US Pacific Time)

Responsibilities:

• Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate data entry for high-volume operations
• Handle QuickBooks operations, including transaction categorization and account management
• Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations with attention to detail
• Organize and process financial documents, receipts, and supporting documentation
• Support general back-office administrative tasks and workflow optimization
• Maintain secure access protocols and follow established financial procedures
• Collaborate with the leadership team on financial reporting and process improvements
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial record maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks software and financial categorization
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience conducting bank reconciliations and managing financial records
• Ability to work during Pacific Time business hours with a reliable internet connection
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and financial best practices
• Bonus if you have experience with high-volume transaction processing
