Job Description

Role

• Collect and analyze financial information and documentation from clients.
• Verify financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with grant requirements.
• Prepare and submit detailed financial reports and grant applications.
• Liaise with clients to gather additional information and clarify financial details as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
• Stay updated on Australia government grant regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the status of grant applications to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Xero, including setup, daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting; experience supporting Australian-based entities or clients strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of government grant processes and regulations is a plus
