• Financial Research & Analysis
• Conduct fundamental research on companies, industries, and investment themes.
• Build, maintain, and update financial models.
• Gather and input data for financial analysis.
• Monitor relevant industry events and news.
• Assist with primary research tasks and preparation of investment materials, reports, and case studies.
• Handle miscellaneous research assignments as needed.
• Accounting & Operations
• Support the Controller in managing financial and operational processes.
• Assist with ad hoc financial and operational requests.
• General Administration
• Provide comprehensive support to partners and executives in both professional and occasional personal matters.
• Take initiative to identify inefficiencies or gaps and proactively suggest improvements.
• Coordinate schedules, documentation, and communication where needed.
  

• Accounting experience required; CPA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• High attention to detail—accuracy and thoroughness are critical.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Availability to work during late morning to early afternoon New York time.
• High ethical standards, discretion, and professionalism.
• Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Open to learning and contributing across various areas, including operations and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
