Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Financial Administrator to support our financial operations and administrative functions. This role is perfect for a qualified accountant with strong QuickBooks experience who can handle both accounting and administrative tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.


Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: Equivalent of USD 10/hour in the applicants local currency

Responsibilities

Financial Responsibilities

  • Perform QuickBooks reconciliations with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience (non-negotiable requirement).
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly financial reports for management review.
  • Conduct accurate financial data entry and maintain organized financial records.
  • Support general accounting tasks as needed.


Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage various communications with clients and vendors, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
  • Create, update, and maintain inventory tracking spreadsheets.
  • Oversee and monitor local and state compliance requirements, coordinating documentation and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and track yearly donations, including documentation and reporting.


Requirements

  • Must be a qualified accountant (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of QuickBooks reconciliation experience (required).
  • Proven experience with payroll, payroll tax filings, A/P, and A/R.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.


Side note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
