Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Data Entry / Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. This role is ideal for someone with strong transactional accounting experience who is comfortable working remotely and handling high-volume financial data with precision.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain clean financial records, support reporting needs, and improve financial processes over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry for financial transactions, invoices, and payments

• Maintain and reconcile records in QuickBooks

• Support month-end close activities and basic financial reporting

• Manage property or account-level financial data using Buildium (where applicable)

• Track, organize, and maintain financial documentation and records

• Identify discrepancies and flag issues for resolution

• Support process improvements and documentation as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial data entry

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks

• Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, data validation, reporting)

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Clear written and verbal English communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Buildium

• Background in property management, accounting firms, or high-volume finance teams

• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
