Job Description

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant, supporting our growing global digital business.

In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting to help maintain accuracy and efficiency across all finance processes. Your work will play an important part in ensuring smooth financial operations and supporting the wider team in driving business performance.

Core Tasks

• Book-Keeping
• Posting and allocating Invoices (Xero)
• Debtors & Revenue tracker updates
• Posting journals for crypto reconciliations with gain/loss adjustments
• Experience dealing with multiple currencies
• Understanding of crypto assets & revaluations
• Reconciliation of Crypto & Fiat Accounts
• Experience with Accrued income & Accrued expenses
• Updating/Loading/Processing large data into Gsheets/Excel Files
• Gsheets/excel – Advanced Proficiency (Formulas, Other Functions etc.)
• Cost Break-down Analysis
• Monthly Revenue Analysis
• Assist in EU VAT report preparation
  
  

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance or related subjects
• 4-6 Years of related practical experience in Accounting & Finance
• Excellent English Skills (Written and Spoken)
• Experience working in EU Companies
• Experience working with accounting Software
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite
• Cryptocurrency hands-on Experience
