Finance And Bookkeeping Specialist US And UK Entities Remote Full-Time PH-Based EST Working Hours

Role Summary

Were seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Bookkeeping Specialist to support our financial operations across both our US C-Corp and UK Limited Company entities. This is a critical support role that involves managing day-to-day financial tasks, including cross-entity billing, collections, and employee time reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping for both US and UK entities using Xero
• Cross-charging and intercompany reconciliation between the US and UK
• Client invoicing and accounts receivable management
• Collections tracking and follow-ups
• Timesheet management, reconciliation and ensuring correct project allocations
• Employee lifecycle support (onboarding/offboarding) — nice to have
• Registering with US states when new employees are hired in that state (supporting HR compliance)
• Collaborate with external tax/accounting advisors in both jurisdictions
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping
• Proficient in Xero
• Experience managing books for both US C-Corp and UK Limited Company
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• AAT Level 4, ACCA (part qualified), or equivalent
• Certified Bookkeeper (CB) – US (from AIPB) – is a plus but not required
