What You’ll Actually Do

• Own conversion optimization across Max’s entire venture portfolio.
• Build and split test landing pages that convert cold traffic into customers.
• Generate AI-powered creatives using Midjourney, Runway, and cutting-edge tools.
• Run full-funnel campaigns from creative to conversion to revenue.
• Launch rapid-fire experiments across different industries and audiences.
• Optimize funnels for YouTube agency clients, health software, and new ventures.
• Use data to kill losing tests fast and scale winning combinations.
• Work directly with Max on high-stakes growth initiatives.
• Build systems that can be replicated across multiple companies.
• Track metrics that matter and report on revenue impact weekly.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven track record optimizing landing pages and funnels for conversion.
• Deep experience with AI creative tools and prompt engineering.
• This is key: You can look at a landing page and instantly spot what’s broken.
• Expert-level knowledge of split testing methodology and statistical significance.
• Experience running multi-variant tests across different traffic sources.
• Huge plus if you have worked with serial entrepreneurs or portfolio companies.
• Huge plus if you have experience with YouTube/creator economy funnels.
• Impeccable written communication and creative instincts.
• Comfort working across multiple industries and adapting messaging quickly.
