Job Description

As an F&B Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within the establishment. The role requires a dynamic and enthusiastic leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage services meet or exceed the company’s quality standards, while also driving revenue and profit growth. This position demands strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and excellent customer service capabilities. You will collaborate with other department leaders to maintain high service standards and improve the dining environment. Your focus will be on optimizing service efficiency, implementing innovative dining solutions, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all staff.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage departments to ensure efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest service experience and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all food and beverage outlets.
  • Coordinate with vendors to procure high-quality food and beverage supplies.
  • Manage budget and financial plans to maximize profitability in F&B operations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff performance to ensure high service standards.
  • Plan and execute food and beverage promotions to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor the quality of food and beverage delivery and make improvements where necessary.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and manage resources wisely.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations during events.
  • Maintain a positive work environment to enhance team collaboration and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferable.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in managerial roles within the F&B industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading successful teams.
  • Proven experience with developing and implementing service improvement plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for team and guest interactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in using point of sale and other restaurant management software.
