Job Description

As an F&B Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the entire food and beverage operations within a hospitality environment. Your primary objective is to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, drive profitability, and maintain high standards of service quality. You will be responsible for strategizing menus, managing the F&B team, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing marketing activities to promote F&B offerings. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and facilities.
  • Develop innovative menus and constantly improve the quality of offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of F&B services.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent wastage and manage costs.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality products.
  • Evaluate customer feedback to tailor services and improve satisfaction rates.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to F&B operations.
  • Organize and oversee special events to boost F&B sales and guest engagement.
  • Negotiate service contracts and maintain beneficial vendor relationships.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen, service staff, and other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar management position.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of beverages, food preparation, and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership abilities with expertise in staff training and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve customer-service issues effectively.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
