You’ll be the right hand to leadership while serving as the voice of the company to clients. This dual role combines high-level executive support with meaningful client interactions in the healthcare space. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, think strategically, and directly impact both operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 4 hours/day flexible within client business hours (9am to 6pm EST); 20+ hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Handle social media management and content coordination to support company growth
  • Attend meetings on behalf of leadership and deliver comprehensive, actionable notes
  • Conduct strategic email follow-ups with clients and prospects to drive engagement
  • Answer client questions about healthcare membership services with confidence and accuracy
  • Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, meeting coordination, and relationship building
  • Set up qualified clients to speak directly with leadership when appropriate
  • Provide proactive administrative support that anticipates needs before they arise



Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing and customer service roles with measurable results
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and think several steps ahead without constant direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport with clients quickly
  • Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours consistently
  • Fast learner who can match pace with rapid business growth and decision-making
  • Bonus if you have experience with healthcare, membership-based businesses, or executive support
