About The Job

Be the creative force behind our marketing presence. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll plan, create, and manage content across multiple platforms, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and engaging. You’ll help us stay top-of-mind with small-to-mid-sized businesses, GovCon clients, and female-owned companies.

You’ll work closely with the CMO to execute strategic campaigns, from social media and HubSpot emails to Canva-designed visuals and event materials. This role is perfect for a self-directed, organized professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced marketing team.

About The Role

You’ll own content creation, campaign support, and social media management while ensuring branding and messaging are cohesive across all channels. You’ll also support internal communications, assist with HubSpot campaigns, and help coordinate marketing materials for events.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Draft and edit marketing copy for newsletters, client updates, event communications, and announcements.
  • Write engaging social media posts for LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit, and other platforms.
  • Assist in research and development of blog content aligned with SEO strategy and audience needs.
  • Repurpose long-form content (blogs, webinars, transcripts, event recaps) into short-form assets.

HubSpot Support

  • Build and schedule emails for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist with list segmentation, contact management, and basic reporting.

Design & Branding

  • Create on-brand visuals in Canva, including social graphics, animated videos, email banners, and event assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency and assist with light multimedia layouts as needed.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish organic posts across all channels.
  • Monitor engagement and coordinate responses to comments/messages with leadership approval.
  • Maintain the content calendar and ensure posting consistency.

Event & Campaign Support

  • Help coordinate marketing materials for webinars, conferences, client summits, and community events.
  • Compile post-event recaps and assist with content for newsletters, social media, and photo galleries.
  • Support promotional campaigns tied to events or client initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in professional services, financial, or B2B sectors.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms).
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools; comfortable with AI platforms like ChatGPT for content ideation.
  • Strong project management skills; highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills; knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media best practices.
  • Interest in professional services, finance, GovCon, or B2B industries is a plus.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
