  • Proactive Management
  • Maintain and organize multiple inboxes

  • Ensure a weekly cadence of check-ins and operational meetings


  • Follow-up Mastery
  • Track outgoing requests
  • Ensure vendors, managers, and consultants provide timely responses

  • Restaurant Metrics
  • Collate and create weekly/monthly operational reports
  • Cover 7 (expanding to 10) restaurant locations
  • Support 2 upcoming juice bars

  • Maintain organized files and systems
  • Enable quick decision-making across the investment fund and hospitality businesses

  • Anticipating Needs
  • Look 2–4 weeks ahead
  • Identify bottlenecks and upcoming deadlines

  • Act as the point of contact for various business arms
  • Brief Yash on essential updates only

  • Lead weekly check-in process
  • Bring agenda and status updates proactively


  • Fund Communication
  • Communicate with investors and potential investors
  • Provide appropriate information and documents
