We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Executive Assistant to directly support growth and sales initiatives.
This role goes beyond calendar management. You will be deeply involved in sales operations, CRM management, billing coordination, client communication, and candidate pre-interview support. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and client experience.

About The Role
You will support leadership and the sales team in managing pipeline activity, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating billing workflows, and strengthening client relationships.
This is a growth-facing role, meaning your day-to-day work will be closely tied to:
Sales tracking
Client communication
Candidate coordination
Revenue-support processes
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy are critical.
Prepare summaries, reports, and internal documentation
Support process improvements to streamline operations
What You’ll Bring
2+ years experience in Executive Assistant, Sales Support, or Operations roles
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable speaking with clients via Zoom and email
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple moving parts
Comfortable working in EST business hours
Proactive, solution-focused mindset

Compensation & Perks
Monthly pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 (tenure-based)
