About the Role: A strategic, financially-fluent Executive Assistant who rejects the "tick-box" mentality. We are looking for an innovative, multi-tasking powerhouse ready to act as a true strategic partner, not just an administrator. Key Responsibilities

  • High-Stakes Calendar Optimization: Masterfully coordinate and optimize complex, rapidly shifting calendars across multiple companies and entities, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and maximizing the Founder/CEO’s time efficiency.
  • Executive Liaison & Representation: Act as a trusted gatekeeper and professional point of contact, seamlessly communicating with key stakeholders, investors, and internal teams on behalf of the Founder/CEO.
  • Meeting Representation: Sit in on high-level meetings in the Founder's absence, actively capturing critical information, representing executive interests, and debriefing leadership with strategic, actionable summaries.
  • Strategic Meeting Documentation: Synthesize complex discussions into concise, structured meeting minutes, tracking key deliverables and following up on action items to ensure organizational accountability.

Qualifications

  • C-Suite Advisory Partnership: Proven experience supporting and partnering directly with C-suite executives or high-growth founders, operating with a high level of emotional intelligence, absolute discretion, and a deep understanding of corporate priorities.
  • Commercial & Financial Acumen: Strong financial literacy, with the ability to confidently interpret and navigate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and key financial reports to support strategic executive decision-making.
  • Modern Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel) and CRM systems, with a track record of using technology to streamline workflows, manage databases, and optimize organizational efficiency.
  • First-Class Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to draft flawless executive correspondence, synthesize complex information, and confidently represent the leadership team to global stakeholders.
