Working Hours: US EST business hours
Salary Range : $1.000 - $1.400 USD

About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s schedule, communications, and key relationships—especially with donors and stakeholders—are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, letters, and other correspondence
  • Coordinate board of directors and committee meetings (prepare agendas, meeting packets, and take minutes)
  • Handle general office administration tasks such as website updates, order processing, and shipping
  • Serve as a point of contact for the CEO’s top donors, coordinating communications and scheduling meetings
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the broader team as needed
     

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with donors and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Alignment with the organization’s Christian mission and values

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a non-profit or ministry environment
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience with website content management systems
