Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: USD 5.71, the equivalent in your local currency
• Paid Hours per Week: 40
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm Australia Queensland Time - includes 1-hour unpaid break
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze architectural plans for high-end residential housing projects
• Extract all window and door related information from architectural drawing
• Utilize V6 software to create accurate estimates and quotation
• Prepare comprehensive quotes for complete window and door packages for residential propertie
• Ensure all estimates align with project specifications and client requirements

Scope:

• Focus on residential projects, particularly high-end housing
• Primary responsibility for creating estimates and quotations for window and door package
• Work directly with architectural plans and technical specification
• Utilize specialized industry software (V6) for estimate preparation
• Support the company’s first venture into offshore staffing operations

Requirements:

• Experience in estimating for the aluminum window and door industry
• Proficiency with V6 estimating software a must
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Knowledge of aluminum window and door systems and installation requirements
• Experience working with high-end residential construction projects
