Job Description

Maintain and support finance ERP platforms, resolving complex system and finance-related issues
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot system integrations, including ERP-to-ERP connections, ensuring timely resolution of outages
Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
Administer system security and user access across finance applications
Create, maintain, and support standard and custom financial reports, including handling ad-hoc reporting requests
Provide user support and training to business and department leaders on reporting and system usage
Oversee finance system changes, updates, and maintenance, and assist with system enhancements
Participate in testing activities, develop test scripts, and support quality assurance for system updates and integrations
Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and problem-solving tasks

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of three years of hands-on experience supporting and working with financial ERP applications
At least one year of experience managing ERP-based financial processes within a geographically distributed healthcare organization
Proven ability to handle multiple requests, issues, and problem resolutions simultaneously and independently
Strong computer proficiency, including working knowledge of standard PC applications, Microsoft Office, databases (such as MS Access or similar), and email tools
Experience with one or more financial or enterprise systems such as OnBase, ServiceNow, BlackLine, UKG, UiPath, Adaptive Planning, Oracle, or Power BI
Previous experience in a senior accounting or general accounting management role within a healthcare environment
