About the role

The Epicor Kinetic Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Epicor Kinetic solutions in a cloud environment to meet business needs. This role combines hands-on Epicor development expertise with functional knowledge of ERP modules to support process definition, reporting, training, and system optimization. Working under the guidance of the IT Manager, this role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure Epicor solutions align with operational and organizational goals. This is a Full Time, Contractor Role, and is Fully Remote

What You’ll do

• Develop, customize, and maintain Epicor Kinetic functionality in a cloud-based environment with a focus on performance, stability, and scalability
• Design and implement Business Process Management (BPM) workflows to automate and improve business processes
• Create and maintain SSRS reports, Business Activity Queries (BAQs), and dashboards to support business visibility and decision-making
• Manage Epicor upgrades including testing, validation, and deployment of customizations
• Partner with business users to gather requirements, translate needs into Epicor solutions, and document processes
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users for new modules, workflows, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on Epicor module implementations and system integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epicor functionality, customizations, reporting, and performance
• Ensure Epicor development follows best practices, compliance standards, and data security requirements
• Maintain clear technical and functional documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in Epicor Kinetic development within a cloud environment
• Proficiency in BPM development, SSRS reporting, BAQ creation, and dashboard development
• Working knowledge of core Epicor Kinetic modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
• Experience with C#, SQL, JSON, and API-based integrations related to Epicor
• Automation Studio experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to train users and collaborate across departments
• Experience managing or supporting ERP enhancements and module implementations

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic development experience
• Demonstrated experience with BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, SSRS, and ERP process customization
• Prior experience supporting ERP implementations and end-user training in manufacturing or operations-focused environments
