Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and nurturing relationships with our largest and most strategic clients. This role requires a natural relationship builder who understands the complexities and demands of high-level account management. You will work closely with clients to deeply understand their business needs and ensure our solutions align with their objectives. Your key focus will be on retaining and growing existing accounts while identifying new opportunities within these enterprises. This is an exciting and dynamic role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Your ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service will be crucial to your success as an Enterprise Account Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with enterprise accounts.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and meet client needs.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client requirements and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the enterprise sector.
  • Collaborate with sales team to generate revenues and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor account performance and manage client expectations through regular reviews.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Address client issues and provide solutions promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and forecasts for both clients and management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant insights into client strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant sales role.
  • Strong understanding of account management and customer relationship management practices.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities in professional settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective client interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite to manage client accounts effectively.
