Job Role Summary/Overview

You’ll be the first voice prospects hear when they express interest in swimming lessons, making you essential to this growing business’s success. This role puts you at the center of a meaningful service that teaches life-saving skills while building a thriving local business. You’ll work with warm leads who have already shown interest, giving you a strong foundation for successful conversions. The position offers the satisfaction of connecting families with valuable swimming instruction while building your sales expertise in a supportive, results-driven environment.

Job Highlights

• Paid Hours per Week: 24.5 per week
• Schedule:

Agent 1: Monday to Tuesday, 2 pm to 9 pm EST (no break)

Wednesday to Friday, 2 pm to 5:30 pm EST (no break)

Agent 2: Wednesday to Friday, 5:30 pm to 9 pm EST (no break)

Saturday to Sunday, 2 pm to 9 pm EST (no break)

• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Contact incoming leads immediately upon receipt to maximize conversion rates
• Close sales and convert prospects into enrolled swimming students
• Process payments directly through the company’s website system
• Conduct strategic follow-up calls to nurture prospects and existing clients
• Handle future billing and payment collection for ongoing services
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through payment completion
• Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and outcomes
• Collaborate with the business owner to optimize conversion strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales closing roles with demonstrated success rates
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain persistent follow-up
• Strong communication skills suitable for speaking with Canadian families
• Experience working with CRM systems and phone/VoIP platforms
• Track record of converting warm leads into paying customers
• Bonus if you have experience in service-based businesses or family-oriented sales
