About The Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Employer Branding & Candidate Marketing Specialist to grow Wing’s top-of-funnel talent pipeline by elevating our employer brand and driving consistent candidate engagement. This role focuses on brand storytelling, recruitment content, and partnerships with schools, job boards, and referral networks — ensuring that Wing remains visible and attractive to high-quality talent across markets.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or recruitment communications
Strong understanding of social media marketing, campaign management, and brand positioning
Excellent written and visual storytelling skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for candidate audiences
Experience working with creative tools and analytics platforms (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent)
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments (TA, HR, Ops)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in BPO, startup, or fast-scaling recruitment environments
Background in content creation, digital marketing, or community partnerships
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter)

Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: PHP 30,000–45,000/month (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities
Execute employer branding initiatives that position Wing as an employer of choice for remote professionals
Develop and distribute content campaigns (videos, graphics, posts, success stories) highlighting company culture, employee growth, and client impact
Build and manage partnerships with universities, training programs, job boards, and talent networks to expand candidate reach
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to ensure all candidate-facing touchpoints reflect brand consistency and professionalism
Manage and optimize referral campaigns and ambassador initiatives to drive organic lead generation
